also I don't want to do high intensity elliptical biking for the simple reason that I don't want to end up withhugehumongous godzilla legs, so I prefer longer sessions at what to me and compared to what i used to do is medium intensity.
My new goal: Get a Pink-worthy body.![]()

sooo, tomorrow morning an hour of bootcamp at the gym and 30 of cardio in the afternoon at home (elliptical).

Okay. I think I'm going to do this detox plan: Feel better in two weeks with Women to Women’s Quick-Cleanse
And exercise at least 4 times a week, which I mostly already do, but have been busy lately. I'm also going to check out a local yoga class next week.
I want a bikini body, too, dangit!
I'll bite. I took the summer off after 9 months straight of hitting the gym pretty hard.
Sept. 1st I'm signing another year contract with my Mixed Martial Arts gym.
Last fall I got down to 193 lbs.
This time around I'd like to get down to 185 (so I can fight at middleweight)
Also, I would like to be in my first amateur fight.
edit: I'm at 221lbs right now so this will take some work.

Currently training for a triathlon.
- Run 1-2x/day averaging about 2-3 miles per repetition. Good for building muscle endurance for distances up to a half marathon, but somewhat lackluster for developing long distance rhythm (half marathon/higher).
- Weight training focused on building the following muscle groups: pectoral; quadriceps; triceps; biceps. Trying to tone upper body muscle with workouts 3-5x/week.
- Dietary regime consists of 3-5x servings of produce/day. Low carbs. High protein/Omega-3 intake courtesy of fish/assorted meats.
- No caffeine. No alcohol. 6-8 servings of water/day.
- Currently, I'm 6'1"; 185 lbs. Body fat percntage low (~ 17%).
