I am becoming one of those exercise people. And I have no regrets.
Can't wait to be swole AF.
Make sure you stake a swelfie and post it when you do.

Been really making an effort to have more health promoting behaviour, this year. So far, I've been keeping up with daily exercise, doing about an hour of walking at the park, lost a couple of kilos, given up tobacco smoking and replaced it with e-cigs. Also for the most part, have been going to sleep before midnight and waking before 11am. By far the healthiest I've been in years!
First day of diet today.
Slept in so I combined part of meal one and two and made a big 5 egg white +1 yolk omelet with pork sausage (smoked not breakfast), 1 cup of broccoli, and a little cheese.
I won't be eating much sausage, but damn the broccoli (frozen) tasted good when it was semi-steamed with the sausage and some garlic.
I was going to go to the gym after work but was just dead.
Tomorrow I'll try to get through my first day proper of the diet.
For exercise I have physical therapy in the morning and will try to head to the gym after work tomorrow night.
Screw it. I might just join Habitica as well.
^as a skin cancer survivor I like all of this except the tanning. I wish PF didn't offer it. I use their water massage tables as my motivator.![]()
It's awesome. I love it, and it gets me in the door. Still way cheaper than my previous gym, too.
This list is exactly what I need. Thank you!Youtube also has a TROVE of home fitness vids. I strongly recommend Blogilates. Here's a list that Buzzfeed put together:
