A note to myself.

Meditate more often, you are at your best after you meditate. Just the other day you drove around town without any completly off the wall thoughts that would never happen floating around your head. You liked that feeling didn't you? A clear head. Instead of imagining how bad things could be, you saw how things were, and that most of your stress is self inflicted.

Focused thoughts, a focused mind.

The goal before you at this very moment.

A journey that will be made that much easier, still difficult, but just a little less so.
