I got a bookshelf tonight. I have to assemble it still. It's big and nice looking. My mom and step-dad got it for me for my birthday. (I actually picked it out myself online.) This is cool because I don't own a bookshelf and I have books everywhere. It will look nicer and be more practical.

I've been jogging the last few days. It feels good. I've never jogged while listening to music, but now that I have a phone that plays MP3s, I can do it. It's awesome!

I'm trying to get in shape. Why? I don't even know. I don't want to confuse myself with such questions. All I know is that I'm moving and it feels good. It also feels good to have a goal. 165 pounds. (But that can change. It might be too light.) I started at 183. I'm probably 179 now or so. I'm running and eating less. Don't think I'm starving myself. I probably used to eat a thousand more calories a day than I needed to. Just binge eating for pleasure. I made a before video on March 1st. I always find before and after videos motivational so maybe I'll inspire somebody if I actually do make a good change. If I don't, they won't see the videos.

I'm also going to start stretching because I can barely bend down and reach half way between my knees and my ankles while keeping my legs straight. I've NEVER been flexible. What does it feel like? Maybe I'll know in a few months.

It's finally getting warm out. It's going to be in the 40s (Fahrenheit) for the next few days. I love it.

I made plans to write and record a song with someone on Wednesday. I hope it doesn't fall through. We may also draw together.

I want to take some vacation days soon. That will be fun.

And, all in all, I'm pretty light.

A few days ago one of my fillings fell out. To the dentist, I shall go, soon.

I've understood some fears of mine today. I will now set out to combat them and make them insignificant.
