I've started running again. I ran 6 miles withing 2 days, then I rollerbladed 6 miles the next day while my legs were sore.

Shortly after I discovered my old running shoes and decided to go back to the old days when I ran 30 miles a week [6 every week day].

I'm purely motivated by destruction and hate though. I heard someone did something to someone close to me and decided to work out and get back into shape since last time I confronted him I was outmatched.

This isn't anything new to me. My first fight was with my Father when I was 14. He won. He beat me pretty badly. I missed a week of school because my face was so badly bruised and I didn't want to be asked a million questions.

But, I went to the gym everyday for 6 months till I was able to beat him in a fight. I kept training and training and eventually he tried to fight me one day. And I won.

The fight was hopeless in the begining before I worked out, but after a little dedication it was still hopeless, only it was hopeless for him this time.
