After two days of not getting quite enough sleep at the tail end of a mild cold, I collapsed into bed early after eating my dinner of magical healing slow shimmered real Japanese ramen (not to be confused in any way with toxic instant noodles). I slept for like 11 hours and then in the morning had some fresh pressed juice full of various greens, and a shot of ginger with lemon and cayenne. I then drank a ton of water and did an hour long vinyasa flow class before eating a seared tuna nicoise salad for lunch.

Now I sit on the beach in the afternoon sun breathing in the fresh air. Every day I wish would be like today!!!!

The past week and a half was filled with tears, sinus congestion, unavoidable work, and processing a bunch of shit.

I swear to you I feel like my cold is completely gone now, and Im back on my way to balance.

I knew ISxJ would call me again after our argument the weekend before last, and almost like clockwork he did, this contributed to my lack of sleep yesterday, but still is a good thing after all is said and done I think.

I also think I made a new friend, a yoga instructor and health coach from Tennessee. I take it as a sign I need to get my ass in gear and move to the beach since I keep meeting people here from the same part of the country as me.

Getting out of my own way in 3...2...1...
