I watched it twice, but I have a weakness for this sort of thing.
Its all style over substance, but its a very fun ride. I would definitely recommend watching it, preferably while drinking, and especially if one enjoyed the Buffy musical episode (there's even a casting bonus).
I would also recommend checking out The Devil's Carnival, by the same guy (there is apparently a sequel, but I haven't seen it yet).
