There's probably a thread for this somewhere on the forum but I'm not bothering to look for it. Basically, rank the enneagram types (plus wings if you want) from most likely to least likely as your core. Use whatever criteria you want.

I'll do my list in tiers.

Probable:
4w3, 6w7

Likely:
6w5, 3w4, 4w5, 1w9

Somewhat applicable:
5w6, 5w4, 9w8, 7w6, 7w8

Unlikely:
2w3, 3w2, 9w1, 8w9

Impossible:
2w1, 1w2, 8w7

For something simple: 4 > 6 >>> 3 > 5 > 7 > 1 > 9 > 2 > 8

I think I'm 5w4, but I also frequently wonder if I'm 4w5.
I just don't think that I'm all that focused on absorbing information. I would like to try to make myself learn to play 5 instruments, learn 6 languages, create art, and read several books on the subjects that interest me while trying to balance everything else in life, but I can't lie and say that the thought alone sounds fucking exhausting. I also tend to fantasize about talents and skills that I'm not nurturing enough in reality. This fantasizing is actually very annoying.
What makes me skeptical of being a 4 is that I haven't been able to recognize examples of disintegration to 2 in myself yet. Never had the urge to cling onto a relationship, and I couldn't care less about whether or not I am worthy of love. Also, a lot of people that I have observed who are definitely 4s have this very heavy vibe that gives off the impression that they are carrying around this intense inner pain that just seems foreign to me. Being an SP 4 could be part of why I am more on the cool and even tempered side.
