The lady in the video is probably an NF, she says she used to try to find self-worth on the outside but she has learnt to find it within and is much more at peace with herself now. That makes me think she is an ENFx. Can't decide if she's an ENFJ or ENFP, but she emphasizes authenticity more than love, so she may be an ENFP with a highly developed Ni to counter her Ne flightiness.
Ne must be symbolism for somekind of amorphous self identity that never solidifies, it must be anchored with Ni to prevent it from dissipating into air.
