I've been looking into blogging recently. I started a thread around here about it. At first, I started one on My Opera because I like to follow Quentin S. Crisp's blog. But I quickly realized I didn't care about any of the other bloggers there. I wanted a blogging network where I could connect with other bloggers.

After much research, I came across Gaia which I've seen before, but had forgotten about. It seems to be what I was looking for and so I started another blog.

The place is way more than just a blogging network. Its a community designed for connecting with people who are interested in having a positive influence in the world. That isn't the reason I joined there. I joined because it has many of the types of people I'm interested in... most specifically some people I'm familiar with from integral forums.

There are also many forums there. I've been spending much time checking out the forum groups, other people's blogs, and trying to set up my own page. Meanwhile, I've been ignoring the forums like this one.

So, I guess I'm back for the moment. I came to check in and see what was happening. First off, I checked out Heart's new blog and so that inspired me. What the heck... I might as well start a blog here too. I was thinking I might cross-post between this blog and the one at Gaia.

I'd initially thought I didn't want a blog here because I wanted a more general community. But Gaia doesn't have many MBTI folk. If I blog both places, then I can connect with both those interested in integral and those interested in MBTI.

That is all. I'm glad they set up this new blogging capability.
