I am very avoidant of conflict. I hate it. I enjoy a good friendly argument or debate, but when it comes to interpersonal conflict, I'm terrible. I never want people to be disappointed in me. I never want to have to tell them I'm disappointed in them. I don't want anybody to be uncomfortable, ever. I will bend my life and my own authenticity to the will of another person many times in order to keep the peace. (I'm working on that.)
It seems like I usually hear that INFPs value authenticity above all else and INFJs want to promote harmony above all else.
So are the traits I described above more like an INFJ? Also, do you think that they're something that could have just been conditioned in me from the situation I grew up in? Because I'm pretty confident in my INFPness.
