"Healing and Growth: How is possible to heal and grow? How can each and one another help one another on a path to heal? How can we unintentionally hinder another’s growth plus a chance at healing?"

"It has been said 'time heals all wounds'. I do not agree. The wounds remain. In time, the mind, protecting it's sanity, covers them with scar tissue and the pain lessens. But it is never gone." Rose Kennedy

I think it is very possible to both heal and grow. I think both happen at the same time all the time. We have to decide what we need to heal in ourselves that allows us to grow. If we dont recognize our faults, then we will never be able to grow by facing them.

Though sometimes it can be painful to recognize them, if we are compassionate with ourselves and allow ourselves to grow and actually at the same time heal from the pain of recognizing our faults.... then we can be great I think.

Im not sure if that all makes sense, but I think both healing and growth goes hand in hand- and its hard not to have one without the other.
