Ok I've finally balanced out my schedule but I forgot to schedule eating in, so I probably need to re work it have lunch in but I'm too tired in the morning to think about breakfast and somedays I'm not home til 10pm so I skip dinner. but my lunch is usually healthy, but as a result i'm only eating one meal a day. that is all, i guess i don't need advice on this.
