Getting a job is becoming more of a headache than I'd imagined

I went to the interview at Dorothy Perkins yesterday, but unfortunately I'm away on holiday when they desperately need a new person there. The good news is that was for the shoe bit at the back of the shop, and I got a phone call this morning to say that my CV had been passed on to the people in the main part of the shop so I'm going back on tuesday to the same place for an interview with slightly different people. I've also been thinking about transport and if I get a part time job like I'm hoping, if I do 3 hours a day then I'll be spending a third of my earnings on bus fares. Gah.

I GOT A MCJOB! Well, I assume I have a McJob as I have a McFirst shift when I get back from Portugal, so I won't be starting for about 3 weeks

Good for you. Like I said before, it's better than you expect it will be. Back when I was your age, I chose to do McShifts late in the evening - extra pay and no customers! Yay!

Thank you! I'm just glad I have no more interviews to go to I phoned up Dorothy Perkins and switched it so my sis could have my interview instead as she's not managed to get any so far
