Pent up emotion and tension/agitation. I can't get into my meditations to help deal with it so how do I?. How do I constructively deal with this feeling? Probably having a hard time seperating the I from the feeling.
Playing darts/archery usually would help when ever I got this feeling inside myself but archery was in HS (gym) and we don't have a dart board that can be shot at (always does the trick to release pent up emotion imo).
I'll keep trying but I feel like I'm losing touch with that calmness. Yesterday threw me for a emotional rollercoaster and I'm still trying to deal with this feeling of agitation. I also don't want the apparently unprocessed emotion to blow into other unrelated areas/build up, that's not pretty.
