First of all- TeNi is a lot different to TeSi, i'm just trying to give you the functions in isolation.

To show a good example of the difference though.
Here is TeNi at 8.06- YouTube
Here is TeSi at 6.45- YouTube

9.32- 10.02 YouTube. The guy she's talking to is anti Te( very indecisive and not getting to the point, just waffling about). She's saying, do you want this or do you want that- it's about taking action and it's quick, Te users don't analyze things like a Ti user, they're decisive and quick.

Here is a similar example, it's actually an example of Ne, Fi and Te all in one. YouTube. We're selling it like soap (Ne- selling peace like soap) It's coming from an Fi place- trying to make a difference and he's giving it to you in Te form). He's not analyzing it and arguing in a logical manner, like why is peace good, he's saying we know it's bad so lets act. This is pure Te, very rational- do you want peace or do you want war, make a decision, it's rational and the answer is obvious.

6.34-7.12- YouTube Superb example! There has to be something we all agree on first so we can test things against that. "An Extraverted Thinking-based, objective approach generally entails measurements and quantitative standards. Never vague or ambiguous, it employs clear definitions, policies, plans, and procedures"

10 signs that you might be an Extraverted Thinker- "Being Prepared is Essential- I create contingency plans on a regular basis so that I’m always prepared in case of an emergency or disruption.". 8.04-8.58 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuGzgvN4Ue0 (Te users plan everything, they have a plan for their plan)

Great example of Te in action - 0.36 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gny85n68AyU ( To give you a good understanding of an ENTJ, i recommended reading his Wikipedia page)

17.51 is Te- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8raaT7SRx18&t=472s. This could actually be the Te slogan or whatever- "if you work hard, if you get educated, if you're an honest person, you can make it"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fcLj2CVC1VU- 2.04 in particular.

Lets end with a Te speech- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Y1hyAf8xy0
