I want to argue with you the meaning of a pattern because it´s what we are using when we talk about MBTI or enneagram.
I think a pattern is a form to describe something which is repeated. So as, Enneagrams, MBTI or DISC... Are just patterns to describe the human behaviour.
I have readed a lot of posts talking about which one is better, and my question is to describe what?

In poker there are 2 versions of patterns the animal one, and one which looks a lot to Jung based on if he pass/increase/retire
Those are useful to know how he behaves on the table.

I think:

DISC is useful if you are looking for behaviours at working.
Enneagram is more useful to define your Social being, compared to your own being.
MBTI is the best suited to understand how your mind works, and, (this is questionable) the variations of your personality according the personality reesources you have.
The one of Sally, talks about my effective form of comunicating, it´s different of how I think or how I work.
And my favourite: the languages of love, do you want make your partner happy? this is the best one to get it.

My thesis is, any pattern is gonna cover everyting, because of like PNL says, you work with a map, not with "reality", so you must learn which map is best suited to our intentions.
And the second part is where does them work best for you?
