This is taken from my other blog from a month or two ago. Just thought I should repost here.

Daily Life Goals and Progress Report.

I want to exercise at least an hour sometimes more on the treadmill everyday.

I just healed up enough from my pergnancy this month to really get back into exercising. I have only been doing 30 minutes and am building up to an hour. I have been doing it 5 times a week pretty much.

The first couple of weeks were really hard and made me sore and took away from better sleep because my body was focused on healing more then sleeping but now the exercise is actually helping me feel better rested and I feel stronger for my activities during the day. Stamina and strength are noticeably higher. I multi task on the treadmill by reading so that I can kill two birds with one stone and have found that it makes exercising so much easier- time goes by so quickly. I put baby on her play mat at the same time so she gets physical activity and mental stimulation as well and we can watch each other but can still do our own thing.

I want to learn a new vocabulary word everyday

I have been doing that for the past week and am really enjoying it. I really desire to improve my vocabulary. Words I have learned the past several days have been, conflagration, affable, oleaginous, tirade, and pillory.

I want to do a few mathematic exercises everyday
Haven't been doing that yet but am planning to start tomorrow. I am forgetting so many simple things in math and I just want to improve my confidence as forgetting these things hurts it. Also I think it would be good for helping me to develop my thinking.

I want to read and learn more about philosophy
Again I feel it will help with learning logic and improving my thinking and I find it very fascinating. I am going to buy Simpson's ans Philosophy as I have read it before and have enjoyed it but have forgotten everything. I plan to read more books on the subject as well. Hopefully I can find books on cd.

I want to learn and find out ways to overcome my social anxiety and improve social skills
Husband and I are going to study How to Win Friends and Influence People together and discuss it together and I am hoping it will help to give me some practical tools and insights on how to more effectively communicate and relate, and deal with people. If it doesn't we will search through other books to get ideas and coaching and what not- anything that might help me overcome my anxieties and social arrested developments. I feel I need practical tools and I don't know how to exaplin it- I just know that I need a very thinky approach to it. I say read but really we are going to listen to it on cd which will be so much more helpful because of baby. Hubby and I can listen to it- discuss- and while he is at work I can listen to it over and over, as I forget things easily, while I do chores and take care of baby.

These are my daily and routinely goals.
