You thrive during the middle of the day. You are optimistic, easygoing, and may be more resilient to sudden changes in work or sleep schedules. Your best work happens during the morning or afternoon.

Peak Early-Mid Morning

You experience a rise in energy, mood, and vigilance throughout the morning. This is the best time of day for focused attention on Analyzing Tasks that require lots of analytical and strategic brainpower, such as problem solving, making a project plan, or writing a report.

Trough Early-Mid Afternoon

Right after the typical lunch hour, your energy, mood, and vigilance may take a dip, but never fear! This is a great time to work on Maintenance Tasks -- those low-brainpower, straightforward tasks like catching up on emails, scheduling, running work errands, or making predetermined revisions to documents.

Recovery Late Afternoon-Early Evening

Near the end of a typical 9-5 workday, you experience a sharp rise in energy and mood, but not vigilance -- that intensely-focused alertness. This is the “second wind.” Best time for working on Creating Tasks such as brainstorming, designing, researching, critiquing, and collaborating.

This was an interesting one...

Flexible Anchor

You are likely a self-described "night owl". You are creative and introspective, and your best work is done during the late afternoon or evening. Being a Flexible Anchor means that it may be easier for you than other Anchors to adjust your schedule and get work done earlier in the day if necessary. You may experience some daytime drowsiness, and may be better suited for a flexible work schedule rather than a typical 9-to-5 schedule.

Peak: Late Afternoon/Early Evening

Near the end of a typical 9-5 workday, when most people are in their low-vigilance Recovery period, you experience a rise in energy, mood, and vigilance. This is the best time of day for focused attention on Analyzing Tasks that require lots of analytical and strategic brainpower, such as problem solving, making a project plan, or writing a report.

Trough: Early/Mid Afternoon

Right after the typical lunch hour, your energy, mood, and vigilance may take a dip, but never fear! This is a great time to work on Maintenance Tasks -- those low-brainpower, straightforward tasks like catching up on emails, scheduling, running work errands, or making predetermined revisions to documents.

Recovery: Morning

While most people are in their Peak, you are in Recovery. Your energy and mood are high, but not your vigilance -- that intensely-focused alertness. This is the best time for working on Creating Tasks such as brainstorming, designing, researching, critiquing, and collaborating.

Cultural Pulse

This one wasn't fun... I wasn't expecting it to be about work culture.

Organizational Effectiveness: Means

What facet of the task at hand motivates you to continue? Goal Oriented people enjoy the result. Means Oriented people enjoy the process. A Goal Oriented mountain climber will focus on how to climb the mountain and a Means Oriented climber will focus on why they are climbing.

Audience Orientation: Internally Driven

How do you react to your customer/client/audience? Internally Driven people are motivated by what they believe. Externally Driven people are motivated by what others believe. An Internally Driven film director will make an eventual cult classic. An Externally Driven film director will make a Summer blockbuster.

Organizational Control: Loose

How do you control outcomes? People with Loose Control improvise by embracing unpredictability and innovation. People with Strict Control mitigate risk by embracing efficiency and planning. A musician with Loose Control will write songs when the mood strikes. A musician with Strict Control schedules their sessions and sticks to a regimen.

Group Identity: Community

What makes you a group? Professionally Focused people identify with their work, profession, and title. Community Focused people identify with the people they surround themselves with. A Professionally Focused Mayor will introduce themselves to strangers as “A Politician.” A Community Focused Mayor will introduce themselves as “A Public Servant.”

Personal Approachability: Guarded

How do you react to personal questions or stories? Open people give access to personal information freely. Guarded people keep access to personal information closed off. An Approachable software engineer will initiate conversation with those around them. A Guarded software engineer will keep their head down and wait to have conversation initiated.

Management Philosophy: Performance

How do you motivate people to get best results? People who manage via Support will work alongside and inspire their team. People who manage via Performance will set benchmarks and measurable performance goals. A sales manager who resonates with Support will tell their staff that they are valuable. A manager who resonates with Performance will tell their staff that the goal is valuable.

I would take the tests but they require signing up.

Luminous I checked your results and they are screaming ISxJ.

Instinctive Drives interpretation
Complete preferred meaning J.
Avoid improvise meaning S.

Motivating Values interpretation
Instintive = F
Selfless = Si
Harmonious = Fe
Altruistic = Fe
Collaborative = Si
Structured = J

DISC interpretation
Technician = ISxJ

Dominance 15 - Introvert
Influence 53 - Feeler
Steadiness 95 - Si
Conscientousness 58 - J

I think you type yourself INFP cause ISxJ's tert and inferior = INxP and you may be exercising those functions.

Tritype 952 makes sense for Si-Ti-Fe = ISTJ and 925 would yield Si-Fe-Ti = ISFJ instead.
