We never really graduate high school. None of us do. The hallways, the impossible line of numberless doors, the ghosts.. they will forever haunt me. High school is a place in my mind. Which wouldnt be nearly as depressing if the mind was the building of bridges, if it was on the other side of an equal symbol, and on this side the work of colective consciousness, your side of the bed, which was always crisp and white, the grass is always greener there. No, the mind is a place inside me with a single keyhole and a bunch of keys. So if high school never left me, I am still (t)here even when there is nobody around. I dont need help feeling down.
