And since you apparently like to burn and quiver, I challenge you to do a one minute plank. With a short pause, and then another 30 seconds plank with your arms as wide as possible. I guarantee you, you will burn&quiver!
(Of course, I already did this. So if you want the break the 'record' don't hold yourself back to make a 1 minute/pause/ 1 minute out of it...
