I should pimp it out and make money this thing blows so hardcore.

I have an At&t tilt, which if you didn't know only looks shiny. I didn't.

It's a smartphone, which means it not only has the capability of doing smart things, it has the ability to do them all the time whether you want it to or not.

Basically I got this plan that was basically set up like this: I wanted a phone with touch screen and qwerty, unlimited talk, unlimited text and pic text. I got all of that and more. It's such a headache, I don't recommend the tilt to anyone who wants a touchscreen phone.

The touchscreen itself is tiny, made for the stylus, and since I might be driving, shopping, using my other hand to make myself happy, I don't use the stylus hardly ever so I end up needing my fingernails to tap some things and still screw it up sometimes. Plus as wide as the phone is the way it fits in my hand makes it hard to tap the screen with the same hand that holds the phone and constantly find myself risking letting go of the wheel for half a second to tap something because I keep messing up. It's a real bother. (I know, I shouldn't be on the phone while driving. I do it, so suck it.)

Anyways, I like the keyboard except that sometimes I type so fast the phone lags, then spits out a word minus a key or two i tapped. I can deal with this since the touch screen makes it easy to go back and fix it. What I don't like is how it isn't a dual slide, where you can access just the numbers or the full qwerty. But the keyboard rocks overall, and it was the original motivation for the phone's purchase.

My problem first resided in the fact that I don't use my phone for the internet. I'm always so close to a computer source I don't really need it, and in the past 2 months of having it, i've only used the internet a handful of times.

After numerous calls, I sort of got the answer that since my phone is a smartphone, and updates via the internet, I will get charged for the internet each time I use it unless I have an unlimited data plan. So basically I HAVE to pay 30 a month for my phone to be a phone, which doesnt even include all the updates since I have to go to HTC.com apparently and download the rom upgrade there so that my phone will work more like a phone somehow. The tech support insisted that would stop the dropped calls (Did I mention my phone does that as well?)

All in all, I want a regular phone that will text, picture text, play music, have a touch screen, and a qwerty that clicks when you type and a keypad for numbers, a decent battery life, the ability to be loud, a camera, an exact % of battery life (my phone DOES have that at least), and maybe google maps sort of thing. Thats all I want out of my phone. It doesn't seem like too much to ask, eh?
