June 18-35 Business Event with no exercise opportunities that I know of.
June 25-28 In Glacier National Park - lots of exercise! hiking, rafting, horseback riding
August - 17 day business event that I usually work straight through. May be too tired, not sure yet... Don't want to overextend myself and get too rundown.
- Workout 3-4x a week.
- Aim for 2-3 days of weights and 1 day of pure cardio
