Just wondering.
I've found myself relating a lot to some fictional characters. Sarah Kerrigan from Starcraft, Lisbeth Salander, Alma Wade from Fear. There's something about their anger and energy and self-respect and ruthlessness and acceptance of pain and suffering that feels like a real dark part of myself. I secretly want to die struggling to live, letting my self-respect motivate an anger to see it worth struggling to live further. It's about seeing life as worthy of living no matter the conditions and brutality of it, but also dying in a way that follows this belief. If I die in a bed somewhere of old age or painlessly or in my sleep, that seems so awful to me. I'd much prefer if my death involved being brutally murdered, while I have a chance to fight back and assert myself on the world. And this aspect of myself is brutal, harsh, and cruel, but it asserts a need and that's why I guess I've come to love it.
Is this crazy though?
But please answer this
"How do you see your Shadow in characters/dreams/archetypes/etc.?" if anyone has anything to say.
