I've looked all over the place to identify these litle creatures that I find in the bathroom at night. From what I've subjected myself to ( gag reflex and all ), I've figured out they aren't cockroaches ( relief), but I still have no idea what they are, as I plan to kill them and all their kinfolk.
They're maybe 3/8ths of an inch long, max. Completely black with one or two orange or red horizontal stripes on their rears. Their abdomens curl up at the back, and they have little antennae- like things on their butts.
I've searched through dozens of roach and beetle pictures, and can't find anything that looks like them. I've also been to AllExperts.com, whatsthatbug.com, and an extermination site with a message board. ( found a woman on the message board who described them perfectly, but of course, no answer was posted to her question ).
Anyone got a clue what they are?
