1. What kind of personality do you take at your work and how might you guess people perceive you?
Usually, the see me as the "problem solver". I tend to be asked the hard questions, since I'm usually the one who can answer them. I do drop witty comments and jokes from time to time. Although, for some unknown reason, one of my colleagues seem to be a little hesitant to approach me... must be those feeling types.
2. Does this personality style and perception of you represent how you would ideally like to be in your work environment? (i.e. how would you like to be perceived and what might you like to do differently in the social group that you find yourself not being able to do as often?)
So far, I've learned the value of having to do small talk... networking is somewhat important in academia too! Small talk can be learned and is not as hard as I used to think it was. I would like to be perceived as a little more approachable.
3. How would you handle yourself in a work environment that was strongly dominated by more Fs than Ts such as yourself?
Smile, nod and process something else in my head.
How do you stay motivated to perform during your studies/job?
Mostly fear of failure... we always reach our goals no matter what, right?
Do you usually know what your next step will be? i.e. are you usually confident in your next move?
In matters of work and studies, yes. When it comes to things like wooing a girl, sadly, I'm pathetic
Do you mostly think in terms of sequencing?
Yes.
Are you careful about your hair and do your eyes look sleepy and distant?
Hair: Not really.
Eyes: For some unknown reason, people always say I look sleepy.
