Though I hope my posture was correct... Since it did not feel as hard as I remembered it.But I am used to doing pushups... So doing a correct plank doesn't have to be that difficult, right?
All this, because of some planking?So far I’ve felt much better all around. I have more energy and mental sharpness, and better mood too.
