I disagree with that assessment. First off, we never have access to what people actually believe or think beyond the public veneer, and I would never take a tweet or public address at face value.

Secondly, I don't see why it would be indicative of Se dom to make statements that run counter to a particular scientific consensus.

They want to be strong, to see behind the walls of kingdom and face their enemy! Every smart man takes a risk and only smart one make fool of himself at least one in his life.
