Qusdi-identical are relations in which both partners who share the same MBTI letters except for P and J difference. An example would be INTP and INTJ. Another example would be ENFP and ENFJ. In these pairings, to the outside observer, these people are virtually identical despite the J and P preference. However, these relations aren't really alike and here's why.
The first function of your partner is the hardest function to understand for the other which is the sixth function. INTP doesn't get Ni from INTJ. INTP aren't interested in foreseeing implications. INTJ on the other hand don't care about introverted thinking which is noticing logical inconsistencies. Because the first function the first function is the hardest to understand, INTP and INTJ aren't really alike. The only trait these people have in common is that they're both in the same intellectual club.
ENFP and ENFJ aren't so like. ENFJ aren't interested in interconnections to other contexts which is Ne. ENFP's aren't interested in extroverted feeling which is how others feel which sounds odd for a feeling type. The first function is the sixth function for both partners which is hard to understand for both partners. Trying to understand each other is like trying to play mental gymnastics.
In conclusion, qusidi-identical aren't really alike despite to the outside observer may think they're the same people. The first function is the sixth function which is the weakest and hardest to understand.
