personally, I'm flexible re:burgers. As long as the meat is good (and I actually prefer bison to beef), and it's cooked to feature a nice salty crust and some juice on the inside, I'm pretty much good to go. One of my favorite ways to eat a burger is with nothing but meat, bun, and avocado slices.

also i've been wanting to try bison, but as my room mate who does the cooking doesn't eat red meat it will be awhile before i get to try it. unless i go to a resteraunt that serves it

Alright well I'm Australian, and "the works" appears to be a little different here than in the US perhaps. Especially with the added pineapple and beetroot here haha.

• Catsup, relish, mustard (not dijon)
• Lean hamburger patty (not extra lean or regular) with chopped onions in it, homemade BBQ sauce with melted gouda and jack cheese on it.
• Sliced vine ripened tomatoes.
• Butter lettuce.

Top bun.
