Help for INFP in job situation

This may not be the right place to post this. If so, please let me know where I should post this.

I know that I am definitely INFP.

My question is: what resources exist to help INFPs cope with jobs that don't match their type?

Right now, I am on the cusp of being re-assigned from a job that is definitely NOT INFP to another job that will probably also NOT be INFP. However, going into this new situation, I want to be able to cope as well as I can.

Of course, the best coping would be going out and finding a new job that perfectly suits me . . . but the reality is that ain't gonna happen anytime soon.

Any websites, book titles, etc., appreciated.
