This movie gave me a stress headache! Just finished it.
It has all the horrible realism of American Beauty, how bad some peoples suburban midlifes can be, but without any of the belly laughter of American Beauty. Seriously, American beauty is empowering: he fights back! And he wins! (kind of)
This is 40... Just was this horrible quick sand demonstration of how horrible neurotic/limbic/ditzy ESFJs can be... And the poor SP man who has to always be the bad guy.
Serious. This movie gave me a STRESS HEADACHE. LOL.
