If you had asked me a year ago (and you can look at old posts and know) I might have said something very different than what I'm now saying. Prior to this summer, I had only really known one ENTP in real life and him not well. There is a friend whom I once thought was ENTP but since then I've learned a lot more about type and a lot more about my friend and I realize that he is not ENTP but rather ESTP. Big difference. About
two months ago, I met an ENTP. There was an immediate connection; from the moment we shook hands onward, the creative ideas, the rapport, the laughter, it never stops for long. It's absolutely crazy how comfortable we immediatly felt, both of us spilling our guts about everything. It feels like we've known each other forever, but just finally got to meet. I think that if we didn't share similar world views and ideas that maybe we wouldn't get along, so my guess is that values plays a big part in it. But, I do love the creativity and the willingness to really think about any idea that I throw out there. I love ENTP's willingness to talk about anything and to explore a million approaches to any idea that I bring up. I love the ENTP's ability to converse freely. Granted, maturity level, like with all types, plays a huge part in this. An unbalanced ENTP would be a dangerous creature but then again, an unbalanced "anything" is a dangerous creature.
