On Chesil Beach

Has anyone seen this movie? I've watched it twice on a plane now. I'm fascinated by it. It's about a couple who meet, fall in love and get married but it falls apart within a few hours after getting married. She has an emotionally abusive father and is extremely uncomfortable with sex before and even after marriage - to the point where she suggests the guy can be with other women and she doesn't need it but she loves him. It doesn't help that the guy is completely inept and insecure when it comes to such things. Anyway, I'm fascinated by the dynamic and what happened and why. Thoughts from anyone who has seen it? I would say more but don't want to spoil more of the plot than I already have.

I started watching it on a flight too - I will watch anything with Saoirse Ronan, she is wonderful - but I didn't get more than 25 minutes into it. I was also fascinated with the plot.
