“Do you find yourself arguing over subjective opinions? Do you know that it is your ego you are projecting and defending? Do you know you are foolhardily merely projecting your own inner reality called your phenomenological point of view?

Do you know it is statistically improbable that you will change another persons subjective opinion? It is tantamount to changing the software of their unconscious belief system. This would deny their genetic predispositions as well the entirety of their life lessons.

Do you by this statement, “A person has a right to believe in or not believe in what they want and as they see fit?” Provided of course as long as they are not harming themselves or others.

We don’t have a right to change another individual. We can only change ourselves. If you want this to be a better world, start changing yourself for the better. That would be your greatest gift to the world.” LightSun

Quotation:
“If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself. If you want to eliminate the suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is dark and negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation.” Lao Tzu

Quotation:
“You must be the change you want to see in the world. As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world – that is the myth of the atomic age – as in being able to remake ourselves.” Gandhiji

Do you ever feel responsible for the thought after it's sparked, or is it less like a fire you're endeavering to start, and more like baby sea turtles in that it would be nice if they all made it to the ocean but nature must take its course?

“Do you understand that a negative subjective opinion is really more a reflection of you? Do you understand that the only way we are to achieve any semblance of peace in the word is to take personal responsibility?

“When you understand every opinion is a vision loaded with personal history, you will start to understand that all judgment is a confession.” Nikola Tesla

“This is a true reflection the other person is projecting their own inner phenomenological viewpoint. Not realizing that each person is a separate universe unto themselves. Sure we all of us live on planet earth as the external reality.

The inner reality is made up of a complex blend of different genetics. With these separate genes come certain predispositions of Character Traits and Temperaments. These personality traits are pre-birth.

In addition each of us have unique early development. In development we inherit societal norms, mores, and values. Most of this is in the unconscious and most people aren’t aware of them or conscious.

They are hidden in the unconscious belief system called “Cognitive Schema’s.” If a person manifests a subjective opinion which is negative, they are unknowingly projecting their own issues.

Any subjective and negative communication only shows the persons own unresolved issues, unconscious conflicts, emotional baggage and triggered psychic wound.

In CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) all negative emotions have what are termed either “Cognitive Distortions” or “Irrational Beliefs.” This is proven science.

The caveat would be if a person was in a fight or flight situation or they were experiencing extreme physical pain. Then a negative response would be more warranted.

Now there are real world problems that need addressing. But we must remain mindful and communicate using our reason and sticking strictly to objective facts to make our point.

Any true growth and development would entail that we all take personal responsibility for our own thoughts, feelings, speech, writing and actions irregardless of the person or situation. This entails mental discipline and awareness.

Moreover it is a feature of a psychological, spiritual, and emotional health. As well maturity.” LightSun
