I project alot. I have become intellectually lazy. It seems obvious now that the reason I feel so self-conscious is because I'm not pleased with myself. I must stop projecting and start thinking.

It shouldn't be that hard. All I really need to do is surround myself with relatively like-minded individuals and discuss that which is on my mind, that which I find interesting. Essentially, I just need to be honest. Speaking of which, I must stop pretending to be interested in something when I'm anything but. I'm told that if you hide your real face behind a mask, eventually the mask becomes your face.

Well, it's started to happen, so I need to rectify it, now, before it becomes impossible to do so.

I'm reassured by the sense of lightheartedness that I have as I write this entry. It's nice to know that when something isn't working as you feel it should, you don't need to get worked up over it, you just fix it.

:)
