If you don't have a medical degree you just don't have the qualifications to truly understand how this works (and what is the truth). It is not a pretty thought but that is how it is, plus there is more misinformation out there than information. Therefore your only hope is to find the most official website you can find. Plus if you want to know something specific just call your doctor, or mention the issue in the interview at the vaccination site.
