-The society creates abusers using genetic recombination, assigning them baseline traits.
-The society brings up the abusers through subjecting them to living conditions.
-The society feeds and shelters abusers.
-The society connects abusers to targets.
-The society prevents targets from eliminating the abusers.
-The society interferes with targets trying to avoid the abusers.
The most obvious way to end abuse at school, work or home would be to stab or shoot the abuser, preferably in the back or during sleep. But the society obviously interferes. Regardless if it's good or bad, we clearly see the society actively enabling and protecting abusers and unnaturally enhancing their ability to abuse. For example imagine a situation where a student is harassed and it becomes a psychological burden, so the student goes to a store and legally buys a pistol. Then the student legally shoots the abuser and is congratulated on resourcefulness and defending their mental and physical health.
There are various reasons why the society doesn't want it, but it doesn't change the fact that the society is protector of the abusers. That's why the society is morally obliged to pay reparations to victims of abuse. No excuses. This simple argument is just the beginning, because in fact the society actively creates abusers through process of genetic recombination, programs them to abuse through their lived experiences and connects abusers to victims and creates environments that enable long term abuse.
