Worth: What to you constitutes true self worth? Do you identify with power, beauty, fame and wealth or do you derive your self worth and self concept from an internal locus of control? What in life has true value?

Self worth I think is hard to explain and describe, but certainly I think can be defined through staying truth to the values which you hold. You are not worth much if you cannot be true to yourself, your passions, endeavors, and just morph into whatever is around you.

In a certain regard, without our feelings and attachments, you could say nothing is really valuable, but in a sense this is why it is important to view what is in front of you. the small flower blossoming, the butterfly stopping by, that first sip after a hot walk. These tiny things add a pleasure to life, making life enjoyable. so in a sense everything can have value.
