If there's anyone out there who would like to build up social courage, I'd love to assist.

I'm not offering anything worthy of hype, but I'd be glad to help you with the first few basic steps. We could get the ball rolling. I can be your guinea pig or coach, or both.

We could do these exercises:

1. Private messaging a stranger. (Me, or someone else.)

2. Voice chatting on Ventrilo or some other program with just me.

3. Voice chatting with me and other people on Ventrilo.

4. Calling a stranger on the phone. (Me) I think this is probably the scariest one for most people.

5. Working on other things that you have trouble with.

6. Advanced: Performing (like story telling or singing in Ventrilo), Initiating, Letting go and being yourself, etc...

Just let me know if you're interested. We can do whatever you want, however you want to do it. If you think you need it, don't be a wimp. Jump on this opportunity and use my services.

I wanted to let you know that since reading this blog entry I have challenged myself to be more extraverted using your list as a guideline. I have tried a lot of your suggestions and my extroversion anxiety has greatly reduced. Thanks
