Angelica Graue walking to the diner I saw a guy standing in the parking garage, and because he wasn't moving and the lighting was soft he looked two dimensional, so I looked back to make sure he wasn't somehow a cardboard cut-out randomly placed in the garage. He saw me looking at him, and I explained what I had thought, and he asked me if I was high or something.

Angelica Graue Jack bit the apple and put a worm into it, which, when i went to take my turn, slid with a nauseating alacrity down my throat and into my nasal passage before I could tear it out. A black worm, maybe a leech. What do you want with me, Jack? Jack, with your eyes of an incomparable luminosity, the numinous phosphorescence of the eyes of lycanthropes. What big eyes you have, all the better to wound me.
Angelica Graue *through my nasal passage into my brain
(a literal bugging)

Angelica Graue Doesn't understand the appeal of the anagram "chilax". To me, it conveys such a state of relaxation as to lose control of your bodily functions and crap your pants, the notion of which, combined with the idiotic presentation of it in the delivery as some great truth, produces a vibe that I find utterly distasteful.

Angelica Graue changing the letters 'fe' to 'ca' in "fetch" would've made the Jack and Jill story rather ridiculous. It also would've made Jack's head trauma exponentially more likely.

Angelica Graue has a rare gift for turning trivial activities and what are intended to be brief assignments into drawn-out, life-sucking major projects.

Angeli ca Graue wishes she could crawl into a dryer after a load when it's still warm and sleep in there.

Angelica Graue is feeling a sense of cohesion as she sorts laundry and mentally deconstructs to the pungent lyrical rasp of Amanda Palmer's voice like a beckoning void in this dissolute space.

Angelica Graue feels comforted by the words "iodized salt," and she's not exactly sure why.

Angelica Graue managed to prick her finger on the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom. Shall I fall into a deathlike sleep now- Is this my initiation into the dream world?

Angelica Graue was bit by a potentially rabid state of being or idea noun, and she isn't sure what did it yet, but she's now bleeding something that she perceives but cannot actually assess the physical characteristics of.

“If Angelica Graue had to go to rehab for something, what would it be?”
Christopher Hough: Neuroticism and overanalysis

"If Angelica Graue was a superhero, what powers would he/she have?"
Katelyn Hever: ''she would look at you, and then your soul's characteristics would be amplified! ''

Angelica Graue Now I lay me down to sleep; I do not wish to be a sheep.

Angelica Graue is tired and vaguely hungry and she wants sugar.

Angelica Graue wants to run careening trip-trap down the never-ending spiral that tugs at her feet like grey arms pulling her down into Persephone's garden.

Angelica Graue is tired and tried and treading Dust.

Angelica Graue wants to be lowered into a deep well as she sits in a bucket hearing the drops drip and the sounds resound, and the tacit merging in the sound. The dissolution of the walls of this empty echo into my consciousness like the voice of a bidden ghost.. feel the closed circuit of a tide, the damp, green moss, and the corrosive grey that floods the mind in absentia.. the relic of a weight, a crude anachronism

Angelica Graue Just realized that 'womb' and 'tomb' rhyme. How neat.
Alex Ruiz So do cameras & stanzas. I read a poem with that today, & it made me happy.
Angelica Graue I meant neat because it's a perfect duality. Birth. Death. A warm cocoon of flesh. A dead frame- a plagiarized womb.

Angelica Graue Did laundry. So weird, that when you don't do something for a while, it seems an insurmountable feat, and then you re-acquaint yourself with the process and wonder why you were so obstinately avoiding it.

Angelica Graue I will dream you into being, Jack. With all the tenacity that I possess.

Angelica Graue Lack of intent really pisses me off.

Angelica Graue wants a lovely bunch of contradictions to feast on.

Angelica Graue had her eyes closed in the bathroom stall. And her mind smiled a creepy Mona Lisa Smile at her.

Angelica Graue is on the periphery of herself. She wants to scream for Joy.

Angelica Graue Maybe Sunday resents Monday for replacing him as the first day of the week, despite the fact that he's way too somber and that she happens to be an excellent poster girl.

Angelica Graue would like to believe that all representations have their basis in reality.

Angelica Graue Dropping and smashing glass eyes isn't the primitive joy you'd expect it to be, or maybe it would be if I wasn't expecting to use them. Although the shattering of that first mannequin eye packing for Christmas break last year was really beautiful to watch as it shattered.

Andy Chilton That's the kind of thing you wish you had time-slowing abilities for. The refraction must have been stunning.

Angelica Graue Yeah Andy, it was an awesome(in the original sense of that word) sight, but it still wasn't worth robbing my mannequin of her right eye.

Angelica Graue just twisted her neck the wrong way, and felt a jolt in her forehead.
Thomas Hightower Did you get psychic powers?
Angelica Graue Actually, no. But there was a power outage in the room last night, now that I think of it.

Angelica Graue Poor Pink Scraps of Glass. Sorry I forgot to pick you up before They took you and threw you out. I could've salvaged you.

Angelica Graue heard what she thought was violin playing from inside Bryan-a single note repeated, but it reminded her of Owen Pallett- and she wanted to figure out the exact location of the room, because she wanted to talk to the musician because the sound made her happy. Turned out to be water dripping from a gutter outside.

Angelica Graue Swine Flu Survival Tip #1: Carry something sharp (and preferably long) in hand at all times so if a rabid boar comes flying out of the bushes or from behind a building, you can spear it before it mauls you like the rabbit in Monty Python and infects you with the flu.

Angelica Graue wishes her whole life could be a constant dream, a never-ending stream at the intersection of ideology and aesthetic. The world is a caustic place.

Angelica Graue just found one of her IDs, so if she gets abducted in New York, her parents'll have a picture to show to the authorities. That is, unless if in this hypothetical situation, she's carrying it when she's abducted, which is extremely likely.

Angelica Graue is soon to be tripping asphalt. Packing is excruciating.

Angelica Graue screamed in the shower because the shampoo bottle hit her shoulder and she thought someone had grabbed it from behind.

Angelica Graue just got her head's flower butchered by an old woman for whom the phrase "angled bob," the word "steeper," and the slanted motion of a hand are all foreign.

Angelica Graue is falling. and she's basking in the vertiginous cradle of the abyss.

Angelica Graue can't focus. Eastern representations. pietas. death spiral. lightning. Fortune strangled the gods, and made Caesar her instrument. If only I could just think about these things, and my sweat could resolve itself into bytes and appear on my Word document..

Angelica Graue is the poppy plucked and pressed to Persephone's lips. She is the unwilling harbinger of destruction.

Angelica Graue Okay, so I thought it would be fun to mock our dependence on social networking by being online at midnight on New Years Eve. I don't know how long you'd want to be online for before or after this time (the times I set), I just thought at least an hour was conducive to an actual event. I don't know how long I'll be on...

Angelica Graue just shattered a piece of a piece of me, and it hurts. My mannequin's eye shattered.
Diana Rodríguez Sorry. Are you gonna buy another or give it an eye-patch?!?!
Angelica Graue Well, those were a set, so first I'm going to try crazy-gluing it back together, and if not, I'm going to ask my dad to cut out the iris in the green eye I don't like and try to stick the grey iris in the gap. She MUST have those eyes, both of them, or else I feel like part of her essence will have been lost. And she does have a distinct personality, as of now. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Angelica Graue just mostly denuded her door, and she's hesitant about finishing the job and taking away the last shred of self-respect that it has.

Angelica Graue smells popcorn on the first floor, and thinks it's brilliant to mix popcorn and laundry, especially since they have so much in common.
