Well that was interesting.
So this guy pretty much with heavy dedication can control his breathing and does these mantra's too become one with fire.
He will put himself in the fire :O. The only time he felt the fire was when he lost concentration.
I guess that's also why they don't have anyone touch him cause when he gets in that zone it would take him a while to get back into it. *a 14 hour ceremony

Oh my goodness and the discussions we had. Ranged from a to z in this place. I'm so grateful for the wonderful people I meet at these things.
Someone brought up about how in one of these religions people actually had walked on fire not just hot coals? I could be misinterpreting it but i only caught the general idea. I guess when people let go of the guide's hand they would feel the heat/burning.
This guy that gets in the fire from the documentary though I guess would only have two banana's and a few drops of water a day that's it. And eventually he said he wanted to have it where he doesn't eat anything. They tested his body function to reveal his kidneys really *not really a surprise* were not getting much use. But he somehow still had a good amount of cholesteral.
I found it interesting that he said when he's in the meditative state that his pulse probably is down dramatically. I could see that cause one time I took my pulse when I was tense and it was like 80 something/140. Then when I took a few minutes to calm down and breathe, relax and truly just get in a serene place my blood pressure was normal. Went down to I think 120 or something. don't really recall well LOL. Maybe alittle lower but anywho.
Then somehow I got asked by my good friend diane *one of the hosts*. She asked me if I ever experienced that again (from when I was inbetween awake and on my way to sleep I had seen this energy moving around a dense form that was black. Next thing i knew it was like it was turning around something really fast. I could feel it as it was moving all while also being an observer. As soon as I felt this intense fast movement I jolted awake wondering "what on earth was that?"). I thought maybe my spirit left my body to go dancing in the cosmos for alittle bit XD. Perhaps I did 
.
Well anyway we got to talking more about it as Gary was talking about astroprojection so that's how me and diane split off in our own mini discussion. Before that though gary started talking about three stages of astroprojection.
I'm just going to call her D for short. D started talking about how when her nephew passed over she and a neice I believe of hers would still see his spirit. He was still with them for a good while.
Then we got to talking more and it lead to me remember what my mom said she heard a few weeks ago or so. I came back from work and my mom tells me "hey I swear I heard your voice right outside my door calling for me. It was as if you were standing right there outside my door. Were you up earlier this morning?" I said "no... that's strange. So you heard my voice at 5 in the morning before I got up?". So yeah hehe.
Well I guess that's part of it. Our consciousness can leave our body and contact people in the physical. I find this actually pretty cool because... just because LOL. I mean then obviously there is another plane of exisitence and I'm naturally astro-projecting without even trying LOL. What can I say... ;D I'm a natural, it's my niche apparently to float and freak people out XD.
Funny thing though I don't remember that one.
But anywho we talked some more on the side and I told her how sometimes I swear I'll hear my mom calling for me. One time I actually walked and went to my mom's room and said "hey you called?". She of course said "no I didn't call you" XD.
Me... okie dokie. I've heard it loud as day though LOL. I've heard my name called a few other times as well. As if someone is trying to get me to come out and talk like "Doooootttttttsss!". But they say my real name but I shall not reveal teh awesomenessP.
It was told to me when I experience this to right it down and to right down also what I was thinking about. As i guess that it could be one of those spirit guide people's. I always was kind of resistant to that but now that I'm thinking about it more and going over the documentaries I've watched it really wouldn't surprise me.
I was looking up astral projection and I guess sometimes you'll hear like a woosh sound or a jolt as you enter back in your body. And your not dead or anything it's just your consciousness that left the body. Isn't that cool!? Come on it so is? We are so magnificient I can't get over checking my consciousness in the consciouness mirror XD *oh yeah! LOL. Being silleh*
It's funny quite a few times I have gone to bed and I will hear a woosh sound and I'll open my eyes like "cut it out!" XD. I'm staying right here spirit essense.
I talked also about how much it scares me cause I thought I was dying or something XD. I don't know... maybe someday I'll with the intent try to do astral projection. It does sound cool. I practiced with it before as a 18 year old. I remember making myself go up into space and just floating around everything. Looking around... looking at earth and seeing it's bigness. I got to say that felt mighty real. I can recall like it's a memory with the sensations of turning to look around me, that's what I mean.
I guess reality really is stranger then fiction huh? XD. Interesting... I can't wait for the esoteric nature of music. Very exciting!!!!!!!!!! \
The coolest thing I've come across also is that also if you astral project with someone else you can both can be together in the astral plane. Cool!!!! I got to say I'm loving this stuff. And also I guess it's what naturally happens when one starts doing spirit work and whatnot. Guess I'm doing well
