Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
So to perceive beauty we need to cultivate our psyche. We can do this by meditation.
My favourite is a walking meditation, where I walk back and forth slowly in one spot, not going anywhere externally, but going somewhere internally.
At first I relax, then the world around me seems to change, of course I know the world is not changing, rather I am changing, so the world looks different.
Then magic occurs, and the world becomes beautiful. And I enjoy the beauty. The beauty enters my soul, and I become beautiful.
