Spring break is at an end. It was delightfully uneventful. The weather wasn't very nice until today, so the kids and I stayed in most of the time. The boys played a lot of video games and Raven finished reading what Terry Pratchett books I had on hand- over a half dozen. We watched Angel Season Four as planned. Some nice down time. Only eight more weeks of school.
Starfire's drawing has made a marked improvement in the last few weeks. Don has noticed it, too. She has some work to do on legs, but her shading has gotten a lot better. I'm extremely proud of her.
Don and I were able to go for a walk this afternoon. It was so pretty and warm. I love walking with him. We have such nice talks. Long walks were how we courted, so they will always hold a special place in my heart.
He asked me out for a date, too, so maybe we will go out for lunch tomorrow. It never seems like we get to hang out enough. I suppose that is what retirement will be for.

I think she's doing pretty good for a self-taught 13 yr old. She uses tutorials she finds online and we've bought her a couple of books, but it's mostly that she draws constantly and is always trying to improve.
