The driver of the car that slammed into the PG&E worker, breaking a leg and four toes, states that Kai grabbed the wheel and yanked it in the direction of the worker. Forward the video above to the 26 second mark: "I was driving... well, I was in the passenger side of this fucker's car..."

Witnesses at the scene state that they observed Kai the hatchet-wielding hitchhiker swinging the hatchet around at shoulder level at anybody who came near him.
