In Season seven Kai Winn admits the prophets never spoke to her. In season one she claims the prophets speak to her.
She’s a perfect example of a religious leader with no real spirituality. She reminds me of some of the extreme evangelical types that are covered on the belief it or not podcast and YouTube channel—so many seem to mistake strong opinion and extremely rigid moral convictions for actual spiritual feeling. She is deeply insecure about this and it makes her jealous of vedek bareil and other Bajorans with a deeper spirituality. Ironically I think it’s her rigidity that blocks her from being able to make a true connection with the prophets and become more spiritually connected to the universe, and this is why she is a perfect target for the space demons aka pah wraiths

Cardassian romance suits me. What strikes me as a bit funny, is overt irritation is how a lot of irish people flirt too..

That Cardassian chick flirting with O'Brien was a hottie. I love the spoonhead ladies. In general, DS9 has the hottest alien babes. Quark's klingon wife Grilka was 10/10. Ziyal was hot enough to temporarily turn Garak hetero. Was Garak bisexual, or occasionally homoflexible? What if some species are hetero/homosexual for their own kind but can be more flexible for other species--or someone might be bisexual with their own species but only prefer one sex of another species? Perhaps Garak loved cardassian women but happened to prefer males of other species, i.e. foppish humans like Bashir. Garak's only love interest (Ziyal) and suspected love interest (Bashir), were quite unlike the typical brash, forward Cardassian women we've seen, so it's clear he probably had a certain type (of personality) when seeking potential mates. Riker liked women but was all about the androgynous alien in that one TNG episode. This is all hypothetical because we don't have bipedal aliens around to know how our own sexuality would be affected, but considering how flexible so many humans are, I can imagine that extra dimension of choice would add a lot of options and therefore classifications.

Edit: everyone is just pan I guess

Garak was bisexual. He was originally intended to be gay and he and Bashir were supposed to be a gay couple, but there were complaints, so Garak's sex life was dropped until Ziyal came into the picture. But while Andrew Robinson dialed back the queerness of Garak, he refused to give it up, and Garak is one of the first queer characters in Star Trek. Garak was exiled for hooking up with a gul's wife... But yes, Garak is bisexual. Robinson and Siddig have lent their voices to a script where Garak and Bashir are an elderly married couple, which Im pretty sure counts as cannon. Knowing what I know about Roddenbery and the behind the scenes of early star trek, I'm pretty sure there's less than 5 "heterosexual" characters in all of Star Trek lol. People tend to be attracted to androgyny, I think a lot of the controversy comes from a certain subset of people who are feeling uncomfortable feeling their feelings, but I mean historically androgyny seems more the norm than non. I don't really see Bashir as foppish personally. As far as whether or not Garak had a "type" of Cardassian woman, I think its important to remember that Ziyal and Garak address their reasons for their interest in one another being due to the only two cardasssian exiles on the station. Garak being a spy has been exposed to cultures outside of Cardassia and showed a fondness and fascination with other cultures without feeling the need to force his own upon the others. Garak understood the value of diversity even if it meant less rigid adherence to a particular doctrine.

regarding the hypothetical above, On the internet...I've seen things you people wouldnt believe. Attack Ships fucking off the shoulder of Orion. I've watched mindflayer porn glittering up from the underdark near the Neverwinter gate. That's not even counting how horny most alien abduction stories are from the actual ufo community. I'm pretty sure humans are to fucking what life cereal is for Mikey. Blue laws indicate that humans will literally fuck rocks the story of the humanities seems to indicate that there's three things humans love more than anything else; killing, fucking, and making up ways to justify one and pretend to deny all interest in the other.

Blood Oath is one of my favorite episodes. It's cool to see Kang, Koloth and Kor as older men. Its fun to me that Kor is the one who is least affected by Kurzon becoming Jadzia. "Curzon my dear old friend." "Jadzia my dear old friend" as soon as she told him her name now. As they aged Kor and Koloth seem to have changed their personality, Kor becoming less dark and menacing and more jovial, while Koloth has gotten more serious and less smiley. Kang seems pretty much the same, but just more tired, worn down.

So do they ever explain why Kor, Kang and Koloth went from smooth to ribbed domes?

I wonder if Klingons have little ridges on their penises. Also, I wonder if they have two penises, because redundant organs are part of their physiology. And four testicles? Gotta have those backups. See if that were a thing and I were a Klingon, I’d want one average sized and one big penis. Then I could choose which one to use based on the given mission.

Yeah in Enterprise. Kor Kang and Koloth suffered from Levolian flu in their youth.
I still hate that this retcon is canon. I blame the DS9 crossover. They should've either left Worf on the station for that episode or not even bothered to explain the different makeup

Sometimes Enterprise tried a little too hard
