I wish the we could have some peach trees here too but no, they wouldn't survive. :( Peach is one of my favourite fruits, absolutely.

I don't know how the peach tree will do here, but so far it looks pretty good. The apple tree looks good too.

We want to plant another apple and maybe two cherries and I'd love to have a plum tree, but that might be too ambitious for the space we have.

I can get excited about plants we can eat. Not so much with flowers, etc. I did find a couple cheap rose bushes to put under a couple of our low windows, but I was selecting for the quality of thorns rather than flowers. They are for security. The marigolds around the garden are for keeping rabbits out.
