Feels like my heart is popping out of my chest when I eat a pizza before a workout. Never once looked back on it.
I am guessing you were eating pizza that had a bunch of pepperoni and sausage on it. ...I think it's the sheer combination of white flour, saturated fat in cheese and the nitrates in cured meat that will make you sick. There are different kinds of pizza though, vegetarian or vegan, or whole grain crust with some kind of uncured pepperoni minus nitrates.
But yes a Pizza Hut Pan Supreme is probably not advisable on a daily basis or before a hard work out.
I did low carb for a really, really long time. I actually like this pizza crust better than regular pizza crust. It's delicious and super low carb.

I worked there back during college, and the size of the pizza determined how many pumps of grease you put in the dough + how many pumps of grease you put in the pan for the dough to proof in and then soak up during cooking.
Yeah, we're talking 5-gallon plastic jugs of oil with pumps on top.
It tastes good on occasion, but I usually feel ill after if I haven't eaten there for awhile and then get a pizza from them.
Did I misread this, or is the dough made of fried cheddar cheese + crushed almonds?
