Types vary from country to country, and very significantly. Most of websites states which type is rare or not based on US data, but which type is rare or not depends on the country. Different than some websites says, there is no world type distribution, because no such search were made (too costly). Websites with such claims just use USA data as if represents the whole world, which is incorrect.
These distributions below are all represented for a true random sample, with questionaries did mostly offline.
I= Introversion, higher I means more introverted and less extroverted.
S= Sensing, higher S more sensative and less intuitive.
T= Thinking, higher T more thinking and less feeling.
J= Judging, higher J means more judging and less perceveing.
There is no data for cognitive function, so I made an allusion to cognitive functions by separating like this:
SP=Se
SJ=Si
NP=Ne
NJ=Ni
TP=Ti
TJ=Te
FP=Fi
FJ=Fe
Countries as a type (the realistic version):
Brazil: ISTJ
Spain: ESTP
Australia: ISTJ
Mexico: ESTJ
France: ISFP
China: ISTJ
USA: ISTJ
UK: ISFP
New Zealand: ESTJ
South Africa: ESTJ
Japan: INFP
Canada (FR): ISTP
Canada (FR) means Canada (French language).
Most of these stats are from MBTI Manual supplement.
They have stats from these countries too, but I couldnt find them on google (at least not a free version), so if somebody finds it, please post:
Canada (English language)
Denmark
Finland
Germany
Greece
Ireland
Italy
Netherlands
Norway
Portugal
Sweden

*You can find all of these except New Zealand by searching "Supplement to the MBTI® Manual for the Global Step I™ and Step II™ Assessments" on Google Scholar. They also got reliability for every country. New Zealand can be find here:

- There are at least two others alternative sources with somewhat different results for USA, one of them is here:
https://www.myersbriggs.org/my-mbti...ti-results/how-frequent-is-my-type.htm?bhcp=1
Also, there is an alternative source for Brazil, that is somewhat different (specially for ENTJ, which is a common type in Brazil on this study):

Feel free to post any other countries if you have the INFO! I (and perhaps the MODs if you are posting it in more than a week) am going to edit and attach to the post.
PS: 16Personalities claims to have % of types in all over the world, but their data are biased and their sample is not truly random, since they use data from online questionaries from people who come to their website, which is biased to Introverted Intuitives. Because of that bias, their distribuition is unrealistic.
