So I thought I did all my crying yesterday, but apparently not. Just when I started gathering my stuff together to leave for work, I burst into tears! Caught me totally off-guard. That darned tertiary Fi.

Anyway, those are the times I'm really thankful I know other Christian women who will pray with me. I called a friend who recently invited me to call her any time. We prayed for about 5 minutes, and I felt much better. I made it through my day quite successfully.

I configured Outlook Express to receive my AOL email, so I don't have to use their dopey application any more.

I found out how to get a spell checker for OE since MOffice 2007 only offers a French Dictionary! What is the deal with that?! (I had to get the one from Office 2003.)

And I made my way through quite a few emails - finally.

And, my boss thanked me when I showed her how I had merged the list of names with their email addresses, which is what caused our problems this week, and what I worked on yesterday. Actually she said "Wow!" with that real grateful sound behind it. :)

I am glad everything turned around for you. This makes me think about an INTJ trait to always beat themselves up more in their heads than what others actually think of them. Maybe a platitude but, don't be so hard on yourself! Use it to strive to be better but don't get too down if you don't meet your own expectations for yourself.

It is getting a little easier but I worry that just may be because I am ignoring it for a while. It was too much to handle all at one time and I felt emotionally exhausted.

I know exactly what you mean about the emotional exhaustion. I don't think it's a bad thing to take a break from the uphill climb in order to recuperate. I'm sure you'll get back to it when you have the energy again.
